Born in the Philippines, Manny was delivered on the kitchen floor of his 300sqft home. His family migrated one by one to southwest Florida where Manny grew up. Manny then signed up for the USMC Poolee Program shortly after 9/11. He spent the next 12-yrs in the service after graduating high school, 4-yrs in the Marines, and 8-yrs in the Army. After completing 12-yrs in the service and 4 tours overseas, Manny stayed in Austin, Texas for a season where he started several businesses, after which he started a digital marketing content production company and relocated to Dallas, Texas in the year 2015. Over the past few years, Manny has worked with scores of mentionable people, creating creatives for Blue October, Dez Bryant, Migos, and Kevin Gates to large brands such as Lyft, Toyota, WNBA, and Magnolia Network with Chip & Joann. In January 2021, a friend asked Manny to create a marketing video for him. Manny accepted the job but was told he would be getting paid in Ethereum. Manny had no clue what an "eth address" was, only knowing of Bitcoin in the crypto space. Manny's curiosity instantly sparked to learn about this new virtual world then dove in headfirst into the NFT rabbit hole. After months of studying, and how rife the NFT space was with scammers, Manny became an advocate and educator. Today, Manny is working on building "NFT Dallas" locally, along with starting a few new focus groups bringing awareness to mental health; as well as supporting a woman-led empowerment group centered on NFT teachings.
