Esther first got involved in Web3 by organising blockchain/crypto community events. Having programmed her first smart contract and being involved in various NFT projects since 2018, she now is the Co-founder, Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Asia for DCENTRAL Global.

She also founded of Source Capital, a boutique PR, Marketing and Communications firm that advise and work with clients in Web3.0 covering blockchain, DeFi, NFTs and metaverses on their strategic public relations, influence, marketing, branding, events, roadshows, and community relations.

Before Web3, Esther started her journalism career at the South China Morning Post, was the managing and commissioning editor for several luxury magazines in Asia, and in her spare time mentored cultural journalism students during HK Art Month and Art Basel Hong Kong.
