About Immortal Studios

Immortal Studios is an independent , comics first, content studio that is building the world’s first interconnected Wuxia (martial arts-fantasy) storyverse with the aim to Awaken the Hero in Everyone with its uniquely empowering and elevating “essential Wuxia” ethos where Everyone is the One. 

The Company has created its own “radical fan engagement” playbook and is developing, funding, marketing and distributing content directly in concert with its fan communities across different platforms and media as part of a Web3 ethos. 


Peter Shiao Bio

Peter grew up reading martial arts fantasy novels, and his life was deeply informed by the transformative stories and heroes of this timeless genre of martial heroes that he founded Immortal Studios to help position this genre as the next global IP engine in concert with its countless fans globally.

Prior to Immortal, Peter has a multifaceted career in media, culture and public policy including producing the first ever US-China film production Restless, founding and chairing the US-Asia Entertainment Summit with the Asia Society, launching the first Hollywood-Asia content investment fund in concert with Endgame Entertainment and the China Film Group, leading the implementation of the landmark intergovernmental CA-China multi-industrial plan with then CA Governor Brown, and spearheading the Shaolin Temple’s globalization initiative across all media. 

He has been quoted extensively on and spoken at some of the world’s most impactful outlets including the Economist, The Milken Summit, Harvard Business School and many media about his entrepreneurial endeavors.
