Dave Rodman is a Colorado-based attorney whose legal expertise includes cannabis, crypto/blockchain, hemp, intellectual property, and securities law. He is the founder and Managing Partner of The Rodman Law Group. Dave has been practicing cryptocurrency and blockchain law since late 2016 and serves as counsel for many companies and projects in the web3 space. He is also a mentor in the web3 accelerator/community Kernel where he has donated time free of charge to countless fellows as they attempt to navigate the many legal landmines that could derail their dreams.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Dave worked in finance and his legal education was focused on securities and IP law, two areas that have proven to be quite topical in crypto generally but especially so in the NFT space.

Dave leaves breathes and eats crypto, and he proud of the fact that in addition to advising clients in the space, he is a true DeFi degen personally and he also makes angel investments in nascent projects that he believes will further the entire ecosystem.

Dave is admitted to the bar in Colorado, Washington State, and Wyoming but represents clients across the globe He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver and attained his Bachelor of Arts in History from Tufts University in Massachusetts.
