Clinton Donnelly, LLM, EA, is the founder and president of CryptoTaxAudit. Clinton holds an advanced law degree in international financial planning including taxation. He is also an Enrolled Agent, a federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the US Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service for tax issues that include audits, collections and appeals.
In 2015, he created CryptoTaxAudit to assist cryptocurrency investors and traders who file taxes in the United States. CryptoTaxAudit is the first company to assist taxpayers, within the US and abroad, by providing IRS audit defense services as a membership subscription service, regardless of the extent of representation required, rather than paying for unexpected and costly representation services from tax law firms.
